The f/2 aperture at the wide end and constant f/2.8 reach across a 35-150mm range eliminates the need for a bag of primes during fast-paced shoots. Its VXD linear motor delivers silent, precise autofocus, while the moisture-resistant build and fluorine coating ensure reliability in challenging conditions. This lens is best for wedding and event photographers who need to quickly transition from wide venue shots to tight portraits without sacrificing low-light performance or background separation.
