Best Portrait Lenses Under CA$700 in 2026

Its fixed f/5.6 aperture and 28mm focal length with 2 ED elements prioritize zone-focusing speed and a compact, concealable form factor over shallow depth of field. The push-pull lens hood and classic design language reinforce its discreet, all-mechanical handling for quick street captures. This lens is best for street photographers using Leica M-mount bodies who want a lightweight, set-and-forget tool for candid environmental storytelling.
